Configure SMTP on IIS and write basic ASP.NET code to send an email

I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 web server running IIS 7.5 with .NET framework 4.0. The purpose of this project is to enable me to send HTML-formatted emails from my domain using ASP.NET applications running on this server. To accomplish this, I need a Freelancer to do the following: 1. Help me configure the SMTP service on my web server. I have already installed the SMTP Server feature, as well as SMTP Server Tools. I just need you to walk me through setting it up to send HTML-formatted emails using ASP.NET applications. If necessary, I can grant you remote access to my server for this. 2. Write me some very basic ASP.NET (C#) code that I can plug into an existing page, to send an HTML email when the user presses a button on the page. The attached document is the sample message that I want this code to send. You will provide me with the source code, and walk me through incorporating into an existing .aspx page on my website. PLEASE NOTE: You will NOT be given remote access to my web server for #2 above. The point of this is for me to learn how to incorporate email functionality into existing pages myself, so you will need to provide clear instructions that I can use to repeat the process. The project will be considered completed when I have a sample page on my website containing a button that sends the text of the attached document as an HTML email.
