asp.net & c# developer for video library portal enhancements

We have youtube like video library based on mediasoftpro application. We have made certain enhancements on video page and we need following enhancements/ bug fixes to be made to make it similar to video page of [login to view URL] video page. 1 - We have built silverlight chat component, it works through database. It needs to be optimized for scale - not using database or something, and UI need to be updated as per the message box component of attached graphic. 2 - We have built a silverlight buddy list for the people on that video page...the buddy list should show the online and people status properly and with a click on the name private chat should be possible. 3 - We have built a feedback silverlight control, it needs to be properly integrate with the portal. 4 - Upload video page should be changed functionally to be like schedule event of justin.tv. 5 - Add section on the top with the details about the event as shown in the picture. The entire system needs ensure to be able to support 20000 participants on a page. to be given: complete source of asp.net portal. deliverable: compiling and working solution with source code as mentioned in project requirements. coder will be required to make daily update deliveries on my server as the tasks are achieved on every day basis.
