ASP .NET web simple shopping cart error rectifying

This is a simple VB.net shopping cart project. the requirements are following ->ASP.NET web application ( not c#) vb only and code must be contain all asp tags ->excepion of JQUERY you should not use any third party scripts ->user authentication ->user approval ->shopping cart with search products functionlity ->admin task to approve users ->selling only two products -> needs to simulate payment process also ->validation also needs to give in one day . or else please dont bid. . i am including previous freelancer work also. please feel free to see how he cheated me so if you cant do it please dont bid it. thank you ------> payments through freelancer only
