ASP- sending text from webpage to text file

Overview, I would like to send text from input boxes on one web page to a text file and then have my second page retrieve that information. I have an internal site, that contains thirteen input boxes on the default web page. An administrator will enter information into the input boxes on the default page. Once submitted, the information should go to a text file stored on the server (C:Inetpubwwwrootsupporttextfiles). There are also three radio buttons. I would like the user to select a radio button and the selected button gif should populate in the Status column on page 2.asp. Currently, three gif images show in the Status column on page [login to view URL] but only one should be present. The users will monitor the second page ([login to view URL]) for system changes that were entered by the admin. This second page will retrieve the updated information from the text file. It is already setup to refresh every 10 seconds. Both web pages are already formatted in html and are ready for the ASP encoding.
