Please read the attached files, and follow the instructions carefully. This is an 1800 words essay, which should include, introduction (approx. 400 words), which is going to include a concise overview of your culture (KUWAIT!) and its significant influences. Then a analysis (approx. 1100 words) part, and should included, integrated analysis of how the key dimensions of one relevant cultural framework would affect intercultural communications and intercultural negotiation for a manger from that country (KUWAIT!!!!). Then the conclusion, approx. 300 words.
In the analysis part it is important to use the Hofstede model to compare Kuwait with other countries, and you should compare Kuwait with 4-5 other cultures. You don’t have to compare each dimension of the Hofstede model with a country, but can for example pick one that is relevant for whatever you want to say. For example, that Kuwait is a collective society, and Australia is more a individualistic country. And how a business manager from Kuwait should approach doing business in Australia. This is just an example; you can pick any other country you find relevant. You pick, whatever point you are trying to make, then you pick cultures that will show the total opposite of that. Or, if you for example you are trying to make a point around similarities, or regional then you pick cultures sets that are similar. It might be smart to pick a industry that fits with the culture, and in Kuwait, oil is number one.
The references used should in part come from one of the journals mentioned in the file attached: Journal of International Business Studies, Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, International Business Review, Academy of Management Review, Journal of International Management or Harvard Business Review. Furthermore, other sources should also be used, from for example Google scholar (I prefer peer journal articles) or other academic sources.
