In a historically-grounded essay of 3,200 words (approximately 10 pages, double spaced, in 12 point Times New Roman), develop the links between two forms of media technology and the cultural practices developed around their use in order to answer the broadly-stated research question, “What is the relation ship between technological change and cultural change?”

Important points:
