JOB DESCRIPTION:
Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an in-house graphic designer to join their very busy marketing team. The role will report in to the Senior Designer.
Your creative skills will be matched by an ability to thrive in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm are essential to succeed in this role, as is the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and communicate realistic timelines to internal clients.
We are looking for someone who is able to work on a range of marketing collateral from adverts to brochure design and has strong PowerPoint skills to create editable presentations.
As well as being a fast worker, you need to be accurate, organised and display a positive attitude. Sound time management skills are required to manage a constant busy workload.
Experience:
Minimum: One years experience
Skills Required:
* Understanding of layout, hierarchy and grid structures
* The ability to follow/interpret brand guidelines
* Proficient in Adobe CS6 and Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
* Thorough understanding of PowerPoint
* Proven ability to take a job through from briefing to final delivery
* The ability to design and produce videos would be an advantage but not essential
This position is offered within a close-knit team with plenty of opportunity to grow within the business. A can-do attitude is essential as is the desire to get involved with a variety of projects within the marketing department. Applicants must have a portfolio brimming with strong design and CV that reflects relevant work experience.
