But we need a UK accountants help who can become an authorized officer in our company maybe for a small equity percentage + a payment for your time via Freelancer.com.
We need the authorized officer to create a bank account on behalf of our company too. to start trading as we need to setup payment gateways etc for our company and without a bank account or a Vat number its impossible.
