ACCOUNTANT FOR START UP AND PERSONAL FINANCES

Seeking someone to set up an accounting system for our education and training company and to set up the best system/process for us to accept sponsorship money and give out scholarships to students and accept funds through our foundation being a for profit business and not a non profit. We are a social enterprise so we have a missions to earn profit and serve a purpose. Someone with experience in dealing with either social enterprises or both for profits that have foundations is preferred. Looking for someone who can be creative about how to set this all up in accounting in a legal way so that we aren't in any trouble in the future. We would like to keep you on a retainer after this set up project to handle our books and do work as needed as we are growing . We would also be interested to have you handle our personal finances as well. We are a family owned business and want everything to be fluid.
