Craigslist Poster for Small Business Ads section

I'm looking for someone that can post a very short ad in the Small Business Ads section of Craigslist in 20 Major cities once per day, between 1pm and 3pm PST. This can be rotated to 20 different major cities every other day, in order to comply with Craigslist's policies. "Major Cities" are any of the US Cities that are listed on craigslist's main page. You must have everything you need to accomplish this work and have the ads stay up. No ghosting or immediate deletion. Ads must stay up once posted for at least 3-4 hours. You'll need your own PVA's, IP's, etc and you'll need to handle the GEO IP issue. If you don't know what these things are, please don't bid. I will supply 3 short but similar ads. You will be responsible for "spinning" them if necessary in order to post in multiple locations. I will need an excel sheet each day after the posts with links to the posts so I can verify them. If any of the posts are not there 3 hours after being posted, they don't count and they won't be paid for. 20 ads per day for 1 week to test you out, that's what this project is for. A total of 140 ads posted. If you can accomplish this, I will be creating another private project listing for a long-term basis.
