After Effects Flip Chart Customization

I have a small job in After Effects which I need very quickly. I have purchased the file at the link below, and need to customize this piece of code in about 5 different variations, using different sets of numbers. I've attached their instructions so you can see what how it works. I will need it exported afterward to a format which can be used in Apple's Motion program. Here's an example of one of them (some of the details might change, but this is the basic idea). I need it to flip for a duration of 1.25 seconds, landing on 4000. If possible, I'd like it to have other words (which would not flip -- they would be static) on the screen as well, so it would actually end up saying 4000 Free Dental Treatments.
