After effects Design

Hi There, I need a custom made After Effects Template where I will own the copyright. It must be drop and Drag custom built where i can use it over and over again. The layout will look similar but not the same as with the link [login to view URL] How much would this cost and how long will it take to finish the job. I plan to get at least 5 different Template. Contract will be 1 at a time. Thank you
