Can You Create A Simple After Effects Animation From Bing Or Google Maps

I'm looking for an animator or a designer to make a simple animation from Google maps or Bing, very similar to the one outlined in this Tutorial [login to view URL] (You can also use their adobe after effects project file on the site to make your job easier)
So then animation has to go like this - It starts with China then moves to the United Kingdom and then zooms in on Guernsey (a small island just below the United Kingdom) with a small company logo positioned on the island.
To make it clearer it would be helpful to add a straight dotted line connecting the countries or a country outline when the movement stops.
Depending on how clear the result is this could be done either in Traffic only (Only roads) or Terrain mode (Earth With Trees and Everything else).
The final result needs to be converted to a GIF image that moves on loop.
Project deadline is the 22 of June.
It is a very small project and all the graphics are freely available so my budget estimate is between $30 and $70.
