AE Project - Typing

I need a very simple project. I need it delivered in AE 5.5 or smaller. I will need the project as i will need to be able to change text in the project. The project needs to be this simple. Tect being printed out accros the screen as it was typing, one letter at a time ... Kind of a "mission impossible" type deal. Must be 4 lines of text I can change. Delivered as 1080p NTSC I will also need the audio file of the typing noise included. The line would say something like. "This weeks mission: HOG EXTERMINATION SOUTH CAROLINA JANUARY 6TH, 2012" We will put up a milestone, but it will not be released until the project is delivered.
