Create software program that polls amazon web services periodically

I would like a small program created such that I provide the program with a list of product identifying numbers (for Amazon this is called an ASIN), and then I would like to program to periodically request data for prices AND inventory levels of the item I am interested in. We can poll AWS once per hour or so and that would be acceptable. These data must be easily converted into a .csv or preferably an Excel .xlsx file. Each ASIN should have it's own row, with columns for inventory and price. I would like to have these data extracted for MULTIPLE sellers on Amazon with each seller's inventory levels and prices (We can truncate after the 10 lowest priced sellers, we don't need thousands of them).
