We want developer to 1. Design User Interface 2. develop our app (front as well as backend) 3. submit it on google play and ios We plan for an mobile application that helps our client to easily manage their data. CORE IDEA Our app will provide an easy access to our user for their data. We would provide data (soft copy) archiving service to our user. The general format to upload or input data would be scanned pdf document. The user should be able to login and add a particular folder with some sub folders ( the category of folder and sub folder would be fix) The user can access its documents ( soft copy data) any time and anywhere after login into their account. They can edit, delete, share , add or download. The input of data could be by uploading the scanned pdf document or directly by clicking the picture and the picture would be saved automatically in pdf format. While saving the document, the user has to choose the folder and subfolder. SEARCHABLE DATA The user can search his stored data based on certain sorting out manner. The sorting out manner has been listed on image (1galaxy17) INPUT OF DATA input can be done by user or by admin (us) to input a data, user has to choose the particular FILE ID, particular folder and sub folder and save it The input can be taken by either scanned pdf copy or using phone image (converted to pdf) The admin can add a particular document to a FILE ID, with particular folder and sub folder. Other part of application are static, with just a small form dropping or appearing that needs to be filled by user and submitted.
