I would like to use my android phone as a gateway. I would like to received and send messages using my server. Let me explain you who it should work in detail: Receive messages: Once there is a incoming sms or mms the message or the image should be forwarded to a url. It would be good if we could get a unique message ID. Example: SMS: GET OR POST [login to view URL] Please also consider concatenated sms (sms that consists out of multiple SMS also called as overlength sms). MMS: POST [login to view URL] Attach image Send Messages: The android phone should listen to a websocket script located at [login to view URL] The socket script will send a notification once there is a new message. Websocket isn't possible than use polling. Something like 2-3 seconds polling. Please also consider overlength messages in this case. You agree to share the source.
