Android Logger, keylogger application -- 3

I ask to write a program for Mobile devices running on android (if possible on all versions) .

The program must have a function :

1 when you install application is not visible in the installed programs and runs in the background every time you turn on the device.

2 When you have defined your password the program will display the control panel after typing that password , or you can suggest another way to show the panel

3 The historical logs of telephone calls (date, time , time of call, incoming or outgoing )

4 The stories logs messages ( date, time, incoming or outgoing, message content)

5 The program saves contacts

6 The program logs the visited web sites

7 The logs GPS positions at a fixed time of a possible adjustable timeout .

8 The program logs all keystrokes , typed characters .

9 Program shuld have separate language file all messages and content of the program must be stored in a separate file language to be easy to translate into my native language

10 Audio calls recording

11 Records sound near the telphone after sending "special" sms to monitored number

All data program sends via e-mail (optional GSM data connection , if available , or a wifi connection if available) , which certain period of time ( in minutes). For each eamil log shipment program sends a parameterized url with a unique identifier for the device and get the deactivation time ( license info ). I will prepare the appropriate page and database .

I'm looking for people to work longer in order to develop cooperation and any amendments ( paid as a separate order) .

3 I'm testing the demo and after testing an fixing all bugs you get another 50 % an send me the source codes.(im relasing earlier created milestones)

4 After analyzing the code and cleared of any errors you are getting last 20%

Invoice after the work would be appreciated . The program must use the library allowed for commercial use in closed code , if these are needed.
