i need an app where i can use the program to scan in barcodes and then have selective menu where i can choose who scanned the barcode. then on the same page i need to have a page where i can have checkbox buttons to select what was done on the item. also the time and date stamp must also be recorded when scan took place. then when the person scanned a couple of the items he must be able to export to excel.
