Looking to build following 3 native apps:

- Android Mobile app

- Android Device app (runs on custom electronic development board running Android 5.1 OS)

- IPhone Mobile app (same functionality as Android Mobile app)

These apps will have following data flow and interaction:

Database (SQL Server) <--> Web service (.NET) <---(over wifi/cellular network)--> Android Mobile app (Android Phone 1) <--(over bluetooth/ble>--> Android Device app (Android Phone 2/Bluetooth device running Android OS)

Database (SQL Server) <--> Web service (.NET) <---(over wifi/cellular network)--> IPhone Mobile app (IPhone) <--(over bluetooth/ble>--> Android Device app (Android Phone/Bluetooth device running Android OS)

Should be able to leverage existing work and build on top of it.

Bluetooth experience is mandatory. Please share abstract on prior work on Bluetooth.
