Convert HTML webapp to a Native App

Hi , i have recently build a HTML mobile app (audio streaming) using jquery mobile 1.5 ( i have used Ajax ). Now i need to convert it into a Native App . App was Designed to use in both iPhone , iPad and Android devices too . So what i need is that i need to convert this into native apps ( iPhone , iPad and Android ) . What i meant from converting is that i only need the webview so that the native app can access the HTML webpages on my website . i need someone who can do this quick and submit the app using your iOS Developer account . same thing goes for Android too (optional) . i know this a really simple task . so please don't put ridiculous bids
