Hello, Please answer few of our questions: - Does vendor need to provide store details each time or they create an account and then manage their promotions? - Is this just informational or there need to be processes / actions after the user locates the promotion? - Do you need android app only or also ios app? - For best performance and optimum results, we recommend native apps. Native apps take bit longer to create and get fine tuned and there have to be separate apps for android and ios however native performance is better compared to cordova / ionic apps. We'll have to discuss more and come at a pricing after it. Your budget range is small for a good solution.
