Debug web app on Android 4.x

Hi There Please note: THIS JOB IS NOT A CERTAINTY YET I have an mobile web app, targeting Android users. It is made with Drupal 7.0. The pages are not rendering the same in Android 4.x compared to Android 2.x. My question is could you debug it and make it work ? Before we progress I wanted to hear your thoughts.
