Scope Of Work (WeCare) (Android & IOS) Main Front End Of App 1. Customer would have to verify his mobile number using OTP and create his account before he can use the app. 2. Customer app would be a fully functional E-Commerce App where products can be listed and categories can be created. 3. Admin would be able to list standard products such as different packages of the services he is offering and products would be simple e-commerce products which would be taken to the checkout page normally. 4. There would be 1 Custom category to sell Warranty, upon clicking on that category, customer would be taken to a page where he would be required to first select his vehicle type such as car/bike/cycle. After choosing the type, he would choose the brand and then model number. After all selections are done, he would be able to see 4 different packages insurance available to be bought and upon clicking on those packages, customer would be forced to click on a disclaimer and then BUY NOW option would appear. 5. There would be a compare button on the same page at the bottom which would open comparison image between all packages. 6. Upon clicking on “Buy Now”, customer would be directed to a form where he would fill all the personal details to purchase warranty and then at the bottom he would get two options, first option would be COD. Upon clicking on COD customer would be redirected to the cart page and there he would see that he is only paying for the inspection charges. Upon successful order placement by COD for inspection charges, a request would be generated and Admin would be able to assign that inspection request to any inspector. 7. The second option would be to enter “Unique Code” which would be generated by the Inspector, if customer does not have the unique code, he has to choose COD option only and inspection would take place. If customer has the Unique Code given by the Inspector, he would be required to pay the full amount of the package on the checkout page. 8. Upon successful sale of any insurance policy, customer would receive an email with the policy number and the same policy number would be stored in the Database for redemption in future. 9. Customer App would have another functionality which is Redemption of Insurance for which the points are mentioned below:
