I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. The app is a database program to generate reports based on data entered during a building inspection. Inline image 1 The top level would have the jobs and customer info. Here you would enter new jobs, delete cancelled jobs and select the job to do/review the inspection data. Inline image 2 This is the info needed to enter a new [login to view URL] photo is a required field and would use the tablet/phone camera. Inline image 3 Once a job has been selected the app would display a series of entry pages for each area/room. The observations would be selected from listboxes. There should be provision to enter text if the list box responses are not appropriate. Some responses would make a photo a requirement. After all the rooms/area have been done there would be a recommendation form. The operator would select recommended actions and quote for any works or appliances. When all the data has been entered a report is generated Some of the pages are static and can just be tacked on to the end. The report is saved as a pdf then emailed to the customer and us. I have attached a sample report. The app does not connect to our accounting package or our website.
