An end-to-end Android app

Its a content-based app. There is one benchmark app (9Gag) like the one needs to be created. So don't need to create UI from scratch. Its a full fledged app with 5 fixed tabs. Login screen with FB and Google login needs be there. In the first two tabs, there needs to be a gallery of images and gifs. Each post of image will have its title, image, up vote/down vote, ratings, comments, report abuse and share. In the third tab, there will be 12 categories. All the posts will be subsets of these categories. Fourth tab will be a notification tab (up/down votes, comments, etc). Fifth tab will be a settings tabs. Normal settings like edit nickname, profile picture, auto-gif mode, one's collected posts will be there. A data driven approach needs to be taken from the start. Facebook and Google analytics need to be leveraged to target relevant content to users. Data approach is broad and much can be done but its not a priority at the moment. Aside from that, a search posts functionality along with add posts feature must be there. See 9Gag app for reference. I want an accurate estimation of timeline and costs for this project. Also, I want a quality assurance from the dev(s). Thank you.
