An existing video has a close-up static image of 4 seconds on a newspaper with an empty picture and an empty title of the article. I need to insert at runtime in that place a picture and a title. The video shall be seen in a PHP page that receives as parameters: - the image (or a way to identify the picture in a DB) - the title of the article - an external URL. The PHP page shall play the video (programmed with Actionscript) in which the newspaper will show THAT IMAGE and THAT TITLE, and at the end of the video, the give URL will be called (within Actionscript, possibly). The image shall be modified runtime (or this can be decided together with programmer to be done before to the image) with a library like [login to view URL] adding the correct perspective to be fitted in the newspaper frame.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
2) An actionscript flash video with the runtime modifications described above. 3) A pre-processing function in PHP to trasform a square picture in a perspective picture to fit in the newspaper image in the video.
## Platform
FLASH / ACTIONSCRIPT in a PHP page. (php page can be also optional and provided as the starting point in case worker do not know PHP programming)
