Cartoon like Sprite Animation - and visual art

This is an "Indie" project and therefore my budget is moderat - have that in mind ;) I am looking for a talent animator that could deliver my first animation and one Visual art to be used in a mobilegame, to be followed by more animations if everything works out well. The animation should have a Cartoon look and this animation is for my main character so it has to be visual good looking, funny and eye catching. I want the animation to be delivered in higher resolution and no 8 by 8 pixels :) The character is a flying creature and the animation should include these actions: Fly up, down, back and forward Crash and die Enter the stage The visual art should contain the character on a closeup with some additional text. Once I have found my "artist" I will fill in on all the details regarding what type of animal this is. So I am looking for a person who has high rates here on freelancer and delivers in time.
