Animation for intro to online school

I am looking for a 45 second animation that introduces potential customers to our website - it will describe our service and the way the service works and how the user can register (call to action). The service is an online Chinese language school - students can book one of our teachers online and then receive a tutorial through Skype. Our website is [login to view URL] - the video will replace the carousel (banners) found on the top left hand corner of the home page. We are an Australian company and we would like the voice over to have an Australia accent (not a thick accent - as close to neutral as possible.) We would like the music provided by you, if you think music should be an element of the animation. I know what information needs to be communicated - and this can be provided to you upon success. I can write a script - or you can write a script, depending on your recommendation. We are keen to get this job underway immediately and completed as soon as possible.
