Hi There! I see you are looking for someone to create a cute, quirky animation similar to 'Simons Cat' in your own style. For this job, I will adopt your style and (if you do not have them already) creates some storyboards to get a sense of the shots, movement, and 'camera' angles/movement. I will create it in Adobe Flash and export it in HD in a reliable and good quality format. You can see some of the motion graphics and animations I have created at www(dot)hayleyryan(dot)com. Just replace the (dot) with a period, as freelancer often removes links unless they put like this. As for my qualifications- I have a bachelors degree in Digital Media Design, with my major being animation.
