Create a Simple Animation

I need a simple animation within very specific parameters. The animation is to be a visual breathing aid for people with anxiety. It should be a black circle against a light gray background that expands and contracts with superimposed text. Idea is inspired by these two examples: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - the style of both the circle and the text should look like a casual drawing with medium-thick lines (similar to this image: [login to view URL]) - text above the circle should say "breathe" (all lowercase letters), should be black, and should remain stationary throughout animation - text within the circle should be black and should say "in" and then "out" as the circle expands and contracts, respectively. See timetable below. - circle should expand and contract in an approximately 14 second cycle. See timetable below. seconds 0-3: circle is still and in its smallest size, no text within seconds 3-7: circle expands to its largest size. At second 3, the word "in" fades in and then fades back out at second 7. seconds 7-10: circle is still and in its largest size, no text within seconds 10-14: circle contracts to its smallest size. At second 10, the word "out" fades in and then fades back out at second 14. ... and then the cycle repeats. Only 3 identical cycles are necessary for this animation, I can loop it on my own to make it longer. By accepting this project, freelancer agrees to sign at contract that states that they retain rights to their work, but I may freely use the animation as I wish, including in public and for-profit projects of my own.
