PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN BID MORE THAN $250 as this comes in phases. Crop App for scanned images (want to crop contact sheets of 3 different types (one with 12 pictures, one with 15, and one with 36). Would like it to be graphic. There are 3 phases and you can bid on each phase. Phase 1 is hopefully in this project range, phases 2 and 3 are in a higher bracket so you can bid more than the $250 simple project. If the app doesn\'t allow you to bid that, then just put it in your message to me. Please when bidding, state the bid for each phase (ie. If you are only bidding on phase 01, then just put Phase 01 - $x. If you bid on all 3 phases, put Phase 01 - $x Phase 02 $x Phase 03 $x Gimp is what I see as possibly a good fit to get this done, but have no idea if any of you are knowledgeable in Gimp. Hi, Thank you for posting your requirement. My name is Inderjeet and own a small 4 member IT services firm based at Chandigarh,India. We have been into IT since 1994 (desktop software), into Web-apps since 2001 and Wowza/FMS based video streaming/VOD apps for about 3 years. Currently exploring International clients through these portals for mutually beneficial and long lasting collaborations. You have taken a lot of time to define the work in such a detail. Not many people take the pains to go that far. The effort is highly appreciated. I have a lot of queries about the work but first need to see if the time, technology and budget fit your anticipations. So here i go: 1. Are you okay with Windows application (.net)? You have mentioned Gimp which comes from linux, hence the query. 2. Can you increase the budget to $2400 for all 3 phases? Obviously not all is to be paid rightaway but i anticipate this amount as a total figure for all 3 phases. 3. If you agree with the above, can you allow 4 days to allow us to check a few things related to Phase 3? Phase 3 is an image manipulation part and needs to be able to read pixel data. We have never done this kind of detailed processing so need to check before committing. Let me know the answers and we'll move further and send you the detailed technical queries.
