Design a static website for a telephony company

We need a great website designer to make a very nice unique website with correct SEO structure. We need the following: - Up to 10 HTML pages - Nice graphic work - Orange and silver page design - Get some ideas of design from: [login to view URL] - Upload to a hosting plan that we provide (Linux) - Contents are provided by the employer - Design work and balancing and coding to be done by coder - There are at least two dynamic forms with data to be saved to database, you need to create a simple table in the DB provided by the hosting account - Upon filling the forms automated emails should be sent out to the site admin and the user who filled out the form. - Site to be done in HTML/PHP - No flash - Make sure it passes the on page optimization in W3validator. - All pages should be able to be tracked by Google Analytics. - Create the menus as separate files and provide a blank page with all the menus so we can add new pages. - You should preserve all exiting functionality of the site (interactive Google map, contact us form(php send automatic email), ...) - Also the site should be built SEO friendly. We start a SEO optimization right after the site is completed. So you will not be paid if the site is not built on SEO structure.
