I need a script/program that will download everything from an FTP server (refreshing every 30 seconds, downloading anything new), once downloaded RAR archive the file, and upload to another FTP server. Once the upload is complete, the link needs extracted and automatically posted on numerous forums along with information on the file etcetc. I need to be able to decide what forums etc. The product will run on Windows Server 2008 with the following specs:
Processor: QEMU Virtual CPU version 0.9.1 [url removed, login to view]
RAM: 1gb
32-bit OS
100mbit connection
I would prefer a stand-a-lone program I can run on my server, however a web-based script would be fine too. It can be programmed in whatever you feel would be best.
