Autoposting program/software

I need a program/software that can run and operate on window xp OS and above and do auto posting job for me to. It must not take more than 3 minutes to do 1 auto posting job. Information or details that i can key in are mostly text plus pictures and video as well. This auto posting program/software allows me to select which posting i want to post and also post to all or selected websites only. Not only that, it must also allows me to post which posting at what time, meaning i can schedule which and when to post. example. Now is 1am and i set at 2pm i want to post this 5 posting, at 4pm i want to post this 10 posting and so on. When the times up it will automatically post the posting that i selected. Not only can i use my computer to do auto posting, i also must be able to use my ipad or iphone to do it as well. these are some but not all. After you finish the program, i tested it and after it works than shall we proceed to ipad and iphone. NOTE: you got to let me test the program and after it works will i pay you the full amount. NO payment will be made until the program/software works
