Blog Modification

I have a celebirty gossip blog called "Celebrity Dirty Laundry" I was hosted on Blue Host. I had a problem because I had to much traffic so they took down my site. I have moved to Go Daddy but I need someone to put the site up their I have all the files. Once the site is up and running again, I need someone to work on changing the design. Currently it has one large middle column and a smaller column on the right and the left. I would like this changed so that The larger column is to the left and the 2 smaller colums is to the right. I can give you an example of how I want the site to change. The design is liquid. She needs the design of the blog changed so more like celebrity Also I would like a few plugins installed. I also need this done fast.
