Content Writing

• Dash Context is looking for an Arabic and English copywriter(s) to write and Arabize blog posts for a business operating from Bahrain.

• The business is an online car rental, chauffeur, and airport transfer service that operates worldwide.

• The focus of the posts will be targeting GCC customers traveling to/vacationing in Europe and the US between June and September 2016.

• This is a new Client for us and to start with we have been commissioned to write posts for June - 4 in English, and 4 in Arabic (from the English).

• Whilst the Arabic posts will be a translation; they will need to stand out as great content on their own. Many times, good translations from English to Arabic actually produce something that is very different from the English, because they are different languages. If you want to apply for this job you should have an understanding of that and be able to apply that understanding.

• Some of the content within the Arabic posts may actually be slightly different to fit the target audience. For example, one of the perks of the service is having Arabic speaking drivers - this will only be beneficial to mention in an Arabic post, but it could still be part of an entire post about the benefits of the service that has been done in English, but to tweak it slightly to incorporate that piece of information.

• The ability to understand the GCC and Arab culture, as well as being an excellent copywriter in both languages are requirements.

• You will top the shortlist if you are an experienced blog writer/ manager.

• You will top the shortlist if you're also good at selecting an image to go with each post.

• You don't need to worry about coming up with topics and finding keywords to focus on for SEO - this will be done by us. However, we are always open to hear your valuable input and insight.

• You may be asked to upload the finished posts online.

• Dash Context is a growing company - we are in the business of elevating brands and people - this includes being awesome to our own staff and wanting them to live life on their own terms. We are looking to expand the team and are particularly looking for an awesome Arabic and English copywriter - doing well on this job can mean handling more posts for this Client and/or becoming permanent with us.

• To qualify for this we need to see a sample of your English and Arabic blog writing.

• Please do not hesitate to get in touch for further clarification.

• Time frame: Two posts per each week of June, one in English and one in Arabic. The first two posts are due to the Client by the 7th of June - and we need to review them internally before that.
