A leading luxury consumer fashion brand in menswear looking for an experienced Online Copywriter to join the successful eCommerce team on a 6/12 month contract basis. Full Time - 160 hours per month As an Online Copywriter you will be responsible for producing high-quality, inspiring online content around menswear fashion to promote both the brand and its destinations as part of their ongoing SEO work. Key Responsibilities: Working with the Regional product managers, you will write new website articles on topics identified as targets through the content’s team’s on-going SEO work. This will involve writing content for the brand, Press Releases, writing for the brand blog and some SEO content writing Designed to demonstrate the businesses core brand qualities while being eminently shareable across their social media platforms. This could involve adapting existing content or writing articles from scratch. Required Skills and Experience Excellent written English, spelling and grammar. Strong experience of writing online articles, both from scratch and by repurposing print copy. A strong understanding of how to write for the web. Very high levels of attention to detail. Ability to work to deadlines and turn around content quickly while maintaining high standards of quality. An understanding of what makes high-quality shareable online content. The ability to work within a defined brief and to the company style guide while being able to hit the ground running and work self-sufficiently. The workload will be varied and moveable, and a flexible attitude is very important. A strong writer/copyeditor with excellent English skills. At least 2 years’ experience in clothing fashion, menswear Competency in Microsoft Office. A self-starter who is able to work to tight deadlines when required. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic fashion brand initially on a 12 month contract basis.
