In the field of instructional design, I have experience in creating training material, determining learner needs and providing assistance in transition, creating content for both pedagogically and andragogically tested theories of learning, identifying instructional goals and conducting analysis, developing assessment instruments and instructional strategies, criterion tests and performance measures. I have been trained in instructional design models and theories, visualization strategies, technical writing guidelines, learning management systems, content acquisition and assessment development.
Building on my prior experiences as a technical writer and mentor for newer developers, I have greatly developed my ability to facilitate technical team projects. I relish the prospect of sharing my enthusiasm for web-development and find great satisfaction in helping bring complex projects to fruition. I am highly organized and my work is structured. I have an eye for detail and this helps me in my creative process. I also possess strong communication skills and I am very fluent in English.
