Asterisk with VtigerCRM or Asterisk with Vicidial.
We need to help us find a solution to the tasks described below. For example, we have chosen Vtiger, Vicidial perhaps more appropriate for our task.
It is required to implement in vTiger possibility for carrying out of proceeding and entering telemarketing.
Vtiger it is integrated with Asterisk.
Creation of certain rules for handling of entering calls from different telephone lines (it is implemented in Asterisk) is required, it would be necessary that the certain form or a card of the client if it is got in CRM opened.
As it is necessary that we could create independently forms and templates of cards which open at an entering call.
On an example:
1. The call on a line №1 arrives - at the operator the card to which it imports Client name, the company name, the answer to a question №1, the answer to a question №2 opens...
2. The call on a line №2 arrives - to the operator ask a question about what or a product. The operator opens basis FAQ and searches for the answer to a question of the client. After all questions are answered, the operator enters the information on the given call: the question type, is answered/neotvechen, interest to a product.
3. Proceeding telemarketing. We ring round clients and we set it some questions, we bring answers in the form.
On all types of calls statistics with a choice of criteria is necessary.
Statistics on time fulfilled by operators, down time of operators, input and leaving the system time, congestion of operators is required
