Complete Asterisk System

Hello, I am working on first asterisk project for which I have specific needs for an asterisk server... As of yet I have not seen any software programs already created for it, so I am seeking someone to create it for me... I am starting from scratch with minimal knowledge so you might be needed to provide a detailed instruction package as well... If you are expecting a high bid please let me know so we don't waste each others time... I am just a guy trying to start up a new business so funds are extremely limited... and this is my first project... the benefit for you will be consistent work as I have three more projects from the same customer if they are satisfied... The project I am working on is for a small motel so here is the list... Needs: 1. An asterisk server set up with all standard features. 2. Console - a. I am looking for a console that can show all extensions on one screen or multiple pages... b. I am looking to use a touch screen monitor only for this project... c. also from this console they would need to be able to turn the phone on for local, long distance and international calling... d. see any voice-mail on the extension (such as a flashing letter and ability to clear it)... e. I need something that a front desk operator can set up automatic callbacks (reminder/wake up calls) with a prerecorded message as well as the guest can dial in to set it up themselves from their own extensions. f. insert credit limit to be integrated with billing software g. main screen should show all extensions with active calls (number calling display optional) h. alert for any dropped calls, missed calls, off-line extensions and disconnect i. option to turn on and off IVR j. test button to send out a test call to check extensions 3. Creating a redundancy for the server 4. Console and asterisk server should be able to run off the same server. Also note that anyone who makes a winning bid will be held to that time frame... I have had a couple bad experiences where the project just dragged on... The project winning bidder will be held to a penalty of $10 per day late fee. If I delay in correspondence to you for an amount greater then 12 hours you will be given a full day credit against the projected completion date.
