Configure VMX for freepbx for one extension

My budget is 30-40 USD. I have music on hold service and the voice had been recorded. I need someone guide me (over skype and email) how to configure it with VMX or any other method which can archive the result described below, explain to me how to do it for one extension, I will carry out the rest, the only thing puzzles me are the options, like how to press 1 and go to voice mail, press 2 go to extension or follow me: Recorded voices: When Busy: Unfortunately, all our staffs are engaged at the moment.
