Custom Extension Asterisk

I need create a custom Extension in Asterisk for this: Customer dialed and enter in Option 1: (Technical Support) The customers will be digit the Account Code for use the Technical Support) When the customers digit the account code correctly, the asterisk will consult mysql and says the Name of Account. The system will consult the Mysql table if in this time, the account will be access the support techinical (we have 24/7 and 8/5 support plans). If the account code are able to use the support, will redirect do a IVR, if don't have able, will direct to another IVR. Extra: The system will write in MySQL the Account Code, date of call and the uniqueID of the call. Now, the script can connect to a mysql and read the text, but don't make options how "if" "this", "else".
