Congratulatory Screen

**Purpose:** ? The purpose of this request for proposal is to solicit vendors to design a screen that will display on a user’s desktop when the user reaches a certain milestone in their career. ? **Requirement:** ? The vendor should create an animated screen design that will display an image on a user’s desktop when the user initially logs onto their workstation. This image should be displayed on the user’s workstation for 20 seconds and then the image should disappear to allow the user to start their workday. **Criteria** The screen design should display the words - Congratulations! User’s Name and the words:? Today you have reached a Great Milestone in your Career - You have “XX?? Years of Service. The “XX?? should contain the “Years of Service?? which is calculated from the service comp date that is stored on the user’s desktop computer. The milestones for the “Years of Service?? are: 15 years; 20 years; 25 years; 30 years; 35 years, and 40 years. ? The rest of the screen design is left to the imagination of the vendor. Keep in mind that the screen design should be acceptable for both men and women receiving the congratulatory screen.? ? For the purpose of this project the vendor must use the name “Michael?? for the user’s name and “30 years?? for the “Years of Service?? in the screen design. ? **System Specification** ?
