Deep House/Tech House Production

I am looking for a producer, who's able to produce quality Deep and Tech House tracks. Next to the fact that you must be able to produce a professional house track, there are a few other requirements: - The track MUST be produced in Ableton Live - After you will have finished the production, I would like the production file. - For me it's really important to have my own influence in the production, although it's not my production, I want to personalize it. So I want the ability to change things and add things. This is also why the track must be produced in Ableton. - I'll own the full rights.
