Adjustable Cart Rack

We handle a large variety of different size parts. Adjustability is a key component when designing the cart rack. The adjustability of shelves needs to be easy, and quick. The overall dimensions we are searching for are 72" W x 72"-76" H x 24" D.
Rack: The material used for the frame of the rack needs to be resistant to high humidity environments and rust free.
Shelving: The shelf is the most important part of this project. The shelf needs to have a raised edge around the outside diameter to ensure safety and that none of the parts fall off the shelf during transit. The shelf needs to be made out of plastic preferable with a mesh for air to flow. Each shelf should be able to be lifted up and placed on a different level.
Casters: High Grade Swivel Casters 4”-5”
The pictures are examples of the size and over all characteristics. The shelve needs to have a lip all around to ensure part safety. The plastic shelving preferably needs small holes for air flow.
