Convert an AutoCAD Civil 3D project file to AutoCAD version 2004

I can do that project for you. Just to clarify your project. Is that just saving to earlier versions of ACAD ( like in your case ACAD 2004 or is editing drawings and then saving to ACAD 2004 )?????? There can be some compatibility issues with AECC objects in Civil 3D to ACAD older versions. I am using CIVIL 3D 2017 so wont be problem for me to save for lovwer versions of autocad.
