Code a simple Autohotkey script

Very simple code. Should only take 15 minutes with an experience coder. I want to be able to push the shift key and the script will paste my clipboard to the Kijiji message form and then tab to the verification code for the current tab I have open in Internet Explorer (If you can do this in Chrome, even better). I will have a dozens of Kijiji advertisement pages opened as tabs in Internet Explorer so I will use this script on each tab one-by-one and closing the tab and going to the next to use the script again.
