Automate my vbulletin forum to auto post from other forums

I need my vbulletin forum to auto post posts.

It will need to copy links, texts and replies from other forums and post in mine.

It will need to randomly create users etc...

These forums do not have RSS feeds.

Tell me how you will do it. I use the vbulletin 3.7 version.
