I currently am the webmaster for a site called [login to view URL]
If you were to click "Windham Town Council" on the left you come to a menu that has "current council agenda" and "agendas and minutes"
Agendas and minutes are an archive that is updated weekly. Current Council Agenda is the document pertaining to the week.
There are also three other committees that have the same structure.
What I need is a way to automate this so that someone could upload the document and that it would save in the archive, automatically create a link to it on the agendas and minutes page, and become the "current" agenda as well.
The archive would need to be saved in this format...

So I would want an interface where the person checks off what type of meeting it is, enter the date, and upload the document to the two places (one being the archive, the other being the current one)
